The objective of this study was to create an “evidence-based clinical practice guideline for the pharmacological treatment of people with MS.” This reference tool compiles current data in order to help HCPs with treatment decisions.
Ten questions were agreed upon which include treatment efficacy, response criteria, strategies to answer suboptimal response and safety issues, as well as treatment for pregnant women with MS.
These guidelines will facilitate the consistency of treatment across Europe.
